I think Béÿôncé looks rather elegant, myself. Or how about Bḝyoncḗ, which leaves plenty of room for future expansion by attaching all four diacritics to the two es?
Yes, a great deal depends on whether their "accent mark" can only refer to the acute and grave, or is a more general term for diacritic. If the latter, the possibilities are wide open.
