Teh Holiez Bibul

The Summer Institute of Linguistics ("SIL International") is notorious or famous for its efforts to translate the Christian bible into every language on earth.

H3y, $1L d00dz, u haz m1$$t 0|\|3!

Google the string "teh holiez bibul" and you get zero g-hits (as of this moment, at least), just that old message:
  • No standard web pages containing all your search terms were found.
  • Your search - Teh Holiez Bibul - did not match any documents.
Be sure all ur werdz iz spell'd korrekt, yeah yeah yeah. But the Lolcats Bible Translation Project has its own wiki. Click on the image to see the first page in full size, for easy reading. This whole deal is brilliant, just brilliant.

Hat tip to Ben F — I t0ta11y ow3z u a br3w.

PS: Before I start getting comments pointing it out, yes, SIL reckons the 'need' for a translation based on the extent to which members of a community know other languages for which translations exist. If almost all l33t speakers have reasonable command of English or other languages, the need would be counted as pretty low.
