Here's another case, of a woman from Port Angeles, Washington. (That direct video link works for me, but
here's a link to the Seattle Times article.) The accents are reported to vary between German, Russian, French, Swedish. The woman says about her condition:
It's a blessing. It's fun, it's different, it's sassy.
