The big snow we had in Seattle in December of 2008 was (and still is) referred to as Snowpocalypse.
Funny, I talked to some folks last night and told them about Snowmageddon and they all responded with the Snowpocalypse story.
It was no fun - still is for that matter. (Still isn't? Huh... which?)
