With that title, I definitely did not expect this article. Nothing wrong with it, of course, but I was prepared for something on planning and processing language or something.
Same here. I was actually expecting something like the history of sentences, language, words, etc. Instead I come to a blog post about the writer's writing process. He should be able to write an appropriate title for the article. NY Times should come up with a better title like "Where My Sentences Come From" or something else. :|
