University of Wisconsin System: 6 of 13 chancellor jobs open?

At this writing, there are searches going for five of the 13 chancellor positions in the UW System — Madison, Whitewater, Parkside, River Falls and Green Bay. Now, a sixth might be going to open up, in Oshkosh, as reported here. At least you can't say that UW isn't hiring, which is how it seems to a lot of faculty and staff.
