Just found out about another language blog: The Diacritics. Former ling undergrads, now law students.

At your suggestion, I visited The Diacritics. In the first place, my anti-malware program warned me it had blocked a malicious site, so I don't know if they've been hacked. Be careful when visiting the site. At any rate, I did not stay long. Their posts reek of Ivy League dissertations - wordy expositions lacking any useful content.
Really? It's getting tons of votes in one of the never-ending lingua-blog polls, so a lot of people seem to be getting there and I didn't have any trouble just now.
