Should we all be hurt?

McCain will surely say (or probably has already said) he was kidding, and maybe he was, but the overall picture is of a guy who doesn't understand how the world works. I keep hearing that he doesn't know how to use a computer (can that actually be true?), and he's said he doesn't really understand the economy.

He's no Bush in terms of his language for sure, but he seems really inarticulate and verbally bumbling, as this article seems to confirm. Colbert managed to understate it: “His rhetorical style can best be described as ‘tired mayonnaise.’”
